Try cider vinegar. Along with apples and gooseberries it is high in malic acid. Malic acid can dissolve the urea crystals that collect in the joints and cause some types of arthritis and gout.
Put one tablespoon in a cup with a teaspoon of honey and top up with hot water, take 3x a day. You should feel the benefit after 2 - 4 weeks if its going to help, in the meantime it can't hurt.

Deez.
This ailment is a bummer isn't it. I'm going to check out the other answers myself, to see if there are others I don't know. I'm sure there is.
My reply and I've used successfully are.
Celery seed 2000/ 3000 strength capsules are good, or liquid isn't a nice taste, but works quicker.
I also use Chlorophyll liquid. This stuff is great. It cleanses your body of toxins, metals, helps your circulation, all your organs and it makes you smell nice even your flatulence. It also aids you to regulate perspiration. It's a large bottle but inexpensive. Also the Fish oil capsules.
Spot magnets are great to place on the pain. You get them from the Pharmacy. They're in elastoplast the size of corn pads. They come in 10 @ 1000 strength with extra pads. 7@ 2000 strengths.with extra pads. In U.S.A. they come in larger quantities. You can leave them on for 24/7 before they need replacing.
I know they re not herbal but they do work. Hope that helps. Ciao

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

I've been using Certo (fruit pectin found in the canning aisle) and grape juice and it has had a wonderful effect. Just put one tablespoon in 4 oz. grape juice and drink once or twice a day. Within one week I felt the difference. It's cheap and harmless, give it a try.
