cliffs, wharves, sheaves, no plural, crises, ifs (as in ifs and buts), men-of-war, maid-servants. Memoranda is the plural of memorandum, though the latin derivation of this is dubious, as it is a gerund not a neuter noun.

Cliffs
Wharves
Sheaves
So-no plural
Crises
If-no plural, except in the saying: "no ifs or buts"
maid servants
Memoranda is already plural.
For the jelly fish you would have to express it: "there were several Man of War jellyfish in the sea", unless it was already contextually clear that they were the subject.
If it's old sailing ships then: Men of War.

cliffs, wharves, sheaves, crises, man-of-war (this is a type of jellyfish, yes?), maid servants.
'Man-of-war' is a specific name. No plural form.
memoranda is already plural. The singular form is 'memorandum'.
should not be any plural of 'so' and 'if' as they are not nouns.

cliffs, wharves, sheaves, crises (pl. of crisis), men of war (pl. of man of war), maid servants and memoranda. (memoranda is itself a plural, the singular being memorandum).
so and if: these do not have any plurals, as they are not nouns.
