It's time to rest shewag for a while. But certainly not less than a year. This will help him to introspect and focus on game, and also pass right message to teammates and prospective newcomers. Quite likely he proves himself to reappear as opener in Indian team. It's premature to fix his batting order when he is unfit to fit in the team.

I think the ideal batting order for some one like sehwag should be no. 5 as he may get the overs in some games to take charge and also lead the team and give them the finishing blows and help to put the final nails in the opponents coffin. this will also see him coming when the bal has lost its shine and he will be able to put bat to ball with much more ease.

As per the past records, he is best as an opener. But since he is out of form, he should come down the order and play with the older ball. But he has to get firing into the opening slot if India want to have a chance in the World Cup.

For the present he is 25th man out-standing-cricket player. Hence, Sewag is doing *KR & DS* He is also enjoying at home watching movies and listening to Hindi film songs.
Maybe for the World Cup he might have a chance to play for the Indian team at that point of time Indian cricket team captain will decide when to go for batting.
*KR means killing rice*
*DS means doing something*
Dont disturb Sewag . since he is busy with something

opening is the best batting order for shewag because what he can do no one can do in the opening slaut because he is a run machine

I feel he must bat at 3rd position
Even though he is not at his full form, chance should be given to him. We must not forget that he a class bat.He is the only Indian who has scored above 300 in international cricket which even the sachins and the dravids have not accomplished.
He must not be demoralized. Like ganguly he will surely return.He needs our support.Come on guys........

Open for India. If he clicks, India will in the last four. There is no other batsman who has proved as a good opening bat to take his place. So he should be given one one more chance. I think he will deliver ......... it is matter of time
