Large vaginal lips, (labia) are not a health problem unless they are infected or something. You may not like them for cosmetic reasons although many men like this on a lady. If you really want them to change you will need to talk to a cosmetic surgeon. This will be expensive with a possibility of side effects. Maybe you should be less critical of your body.

Every woman is different, and that includes what her labia look like. It sounds as if you are far too concerned about it; perhaps some fool made a stupid comment to you about it? I don't believe even a plastic surgeon would deal with this issue; I couldn't imagine the pain of having surgery to reduce the size of vaginal lips...it's enough having an epistiotomy when you have a baby!

its normal to have one larger inner lip and one smaller inner lip. Unless its causing discomfort during sex I'd live it alone.
