I am planning to start manpower recruitment company.Can anyone advise me? Should i focus on IT recruitment or Non-IT?

You can start a recruitment company if you have the following 5 Cs:

Contacts in the industry
Connection - internation
Computer - Desktop / Laptop
Confidence
Commitment

If you understand technology go for IT otherwise focus on non-IT

Yes you can ... if you are interested, you can look for contacts... human resource officers of companies (hospitals, schools, construction companies, etc) that need manpower from the Philippines. Try to get a manpower order and agreement from these companies and touch base with a manpower recruiting company such as ours.

In order to do Manpower or Kelly Services, you need a franchise. If you wish to do this on your own, pick a different name. It could be lucrative if you have alot of employment vacancies in your area.

Otherwise, companies can sign up with the state employment service and it doesn't cost them a dime.

*yes , you can start it.
*some important areas for manpower recruitment are :
*security guards for banks , industries , private/personal guards.
(retired defence personnel are ideal for this).
*heavy machinary drivers , construction experts , acountants , mechanical engineers , etc.(for gulf countries)
*nurses and physiotherapists & veterinarians are in demand all over the world.you can search them for placements abroad.
*try to get some international manpower recruiting company's order and stay in touch with as much placement agencies dealing in manpower recruiting as you can ; internationally.

The answer given by the gentleman is simply negative. He is explaining all the things after recruitment. He has answered without understanding question. His question is how can he start his own business and what to do within India first. ... so please help stop spreading negative things. ..

Depends on your specialisation. Do you wish to cater to the mass market or specialised positions.
