Hello,

You can use your data cable or bluetooth if your PC/Laptop supports this to transfer the clip to your PC.
You can then create a VCD using this transferred file. You may need to convert the mp4 into a mpeg format before creating the CD/DVD.

But the resolution of the Video that you would have captured using your mobile is only 176x144. This is a very low resolution capture compared to what you see on your TV. You will see a very bad picture on TV.

My suggestion would be view it on a PC and don't try viewing it on a TV through the player. So don't bother creating a VCD or DVD, just create a plain Data CD and write the file to the CD.

I, a woman, hardly use my telephone, different than whilst i'm on college journeys, wherein case I shop my telephone in my pocket, and whilst on the practice or bus I take a seat on my lap in case my mom texts or calls.

Use the data cable (USB) to transfer the file from your phone to the computer. Once it is saved in your computer, you can transfer ('burn') it into a CD.
