I have not heard Females have penis.
The actual complexion of a man should be the complexion of his penis. The skin at penis especially the foreskin is highly flexible, whereas the skin at other parts of our body is and stretched often. Whenever erection takes place the skin expands and look in the normal color. When it is shrunk is looks darker.
Secondly applying oil or gel at the time of intercourse makes the skin darker.-

if you are a white man that is normal too. Many dudes have dark ones. Actually the biggest ones are darker.
