First of all you need to use proper language and grammar. This reflects on you and your business. Find your target demographic and find out what they buy, spend and look for in a store. Then make some changes...maybe advertising towards that particular group, or some special sales.

It really depends on the kind of business u are running.I am talking about one understanding the peculiarities of your customers.I do not think we can really go far without an understanding of these.

Yeah, you need to inform us on the sort of business, is it a shop, ebshop, service etc.etc.
