This depends on the church and the meaning of teach.

For example, churches have been teaching people since they were invented. For example, the stain glass windows in many European cathedrals were designed as visual aides for priests to teach the mostly illiterate public about the stories in the Bible.

The Bible itself is used as a teaching device. People learn just by reading it, or it is interpreted by each religious sect and the priest or preacher will teach the lessons every Sunday.

I'm not sure what your question is here. If you are asking about teaching related to the Bible, it is either done in a worship service as a sermon by the pastor, or in "Sunday School", smaller classes held for all ages (although some churches only have it for children). If you are talking about other subjects being taught, generally volunteers from the church teach classes in areas they are familiar with. This may be done in extra rooms that are part of the church or in the sanctuary itself if the class is large.
