Where I am from" - my roots are important as they influence my opinions of the world in general, my values, diet and ambitions. This provides my foundation.
"Where I am at" today is transitory - by tomorrow it will be part of my diary - part of where I was from.
Yet despite this - "where I am at" is most important - because if I don't change in small ways today - moving towards where I really want to end-up then I won't be building up these small changes into a mass large enough to make an overall difference.
Imagine today is 2 points from YA - on its own it is tiny. But without a solid base of 2 points I will never reach Level 7.
