I suspect he has some kind of disease that he may die from this year or the next. If he didn't he would rarely leave the white house, because when he travels it makes it easier for assassins to get him. You can expect he will die in office because of the zero year effect and he is the man that the Muslims want to kill more than any other person. I suspect that he has a fatalistic attitude, if the assassins don't get him the disease will, so he takes risks.
BTW hitler was addicted to amphetamines and became a speed freak
