Hi Holly...this is a nice idea, however there are also so many other cats who would need rescue assistance. Perhaps you could specialize for handicapped cats, but also open your heart to all other healthy cats which need help finding homes too.

i had a 1 eyed cat her name was 1 eyed jack untill i found out it was a girl then she was 1 eyed jackie

Do you mean a rescue centre for one eyed kittens or beavers?
I go for that and I would like to rescue a few.
