dating your boss is always dangerous.

emotions are hard to control and harder to hide.

your work environment becomes uneasy not only for you guys but also the people around you.

this can only become a negative. that will kick u in the *** sooner rather than later.

second feeling change if its for the best, one of you will seek a different work environment cause your relationship will be better for it. If your relationship sours then your work relationship will be at best barely bearable at best.

but we learn from our own decisions

she sounds nice, but ps remember that SHE is your boss and SHE is OLDER than you...make sure she's single, and remember what your co-workers could say.
i'm not saying DOn't go out with her, just keep your options open.
