Yes, 10% of 46 kg is 4.6 kg, and 9.2kg is 20%. Looks like you've got it down. Best way I found is to "move and multiply". Move the decimal to the left, then multiply the result, adding "0" as necessary to fill in any gaps. Remember, % literally means "by 100", so you will ALWAYS move the decimal 2 places left, then multiply by the result. So: 10% = .1; 1%= .01' .1%= .001; 100% = 1; 1000%= 10 and so on.
Hope it helps.

10% = 10/100 = 1/10 of 100
20% = 20/100 = 1/5 0f 100
10% + 10% = 20%
46kg = 100% 1/5 of 46 = 92

to find the percent of a number you multiply the number by the percentage and you divide by a hundred
that is:
10%of 46 = 46*10/100=460/100=4.6
20%of 46 = 46*20/100=920/100=9.2
So you did get it right!

hi
46 kg = 46 * 1000 gm = 46000 gm
46000 * 10/100 = 4600 gm
4600 / 1000 =4.6 kg
9.2 kg = 9.2 * 1000 = 9200 gm
9200 * 20/100 = 1840 gm
1840 gm / 1000 = 1.84 kg
