I'd imagine that she's heard someone else (an adult I'd assume) saying it, and is just mimicing. kids do that all the time, my 5 yr old nephew tells people he drinks beer, really he drinks soft drink from cans and calls it beer cause thats what his dad drinks from cans.

unless shes a smoker don't worry, when my son was 5 he told his baby sitter that his papa had died . said he died screwin* someone to death,,, SO children do have a active imagination. [ by the way,,, his papa lived another 10 years after his statement}
