St Tropez and Fake Bake are both messy and not that good if you ask me. You could go to your local tan shop and ask for a spray tan (very good and effective) or you could buy one of the sprays to use at home. L'Oreal, Nivea, and Ambre Solaire all do really nice ones that are even easy to use on difficult places like the backs of your legs.

Before you use a fake tan, have a long soak in the bath and exfoliate properly. Afterwards use a light, unperfumed body moisturiser and make sure you apply plenty to you elbows and knees.

If you can get some small beauty rubber gloves do so - it'll help you avoid serious orange palms!

Before you start, put a coating of moisturiser around the sides of your feet and heels where your skin is drier.

Now put a light spray evenly all over making sure you don't spray directly onto places like your armpits or feet. Once you're done, smooth down towards the tops of your feet and make sure your face is evenly covered. After that remove the gloves and use the backs of your arms to gently push a little colour onto the backs of your hands.

If you get any on your hands wash them right away being careful not to get any drips of water on your body.

Give yourself ten mins to dry or blast yourself with cool air from your hair dryer to speed it up.

Some will come off in bed on the first night but it always washes out.

It's also worth investing in some daily sun moisturiser such as Johnson's Holiday Skin or the Ambre Solaire version. Always exfoliate at least once a week though and then start again otherwise too much builds up and it goes patchy!

And don't listen to people telling you to use sunbeds - I went through a phase of using them and have LOADS of wrinkles when I used to have a real babyface before I did that! Fake it all the way!

whoa....... a million. you will likely get a metamorphosis after one bypass to, purely determine you do not bypass in too long and get burnt! 2. i could say around 5-7 visits reckoning on the potential of the bulbs on the tanner you are going to. 3. Tanning beds provide you an identical tan. 4. i could consistently tan interior the solar if I had time! you may consistently do the two. 5. Tans from a mattress final a mutually as as quickly as you have been oftentimes going i could say some week in the previous you're going returned to familiar. 6. not something fairly happens once you tan in the two place different than that it is going to truly will positioned on off or in case you get burnt it is going to peel off. Thats why you ought to bypass particularly oftentimes and for proper quantities of time.

There's a gradual tanning lotion you can use that won't look orangey. Jergens makes one for the body and the face. You have to use it for about a week to get full results.

I wonder with your being of Middle Eastern ancestry, whether or not you would just tan well in a tanning bed. I'm half Native American, and I do as well--but only went once a week. Some people overdo it, and some who are extra light skinned shouldn't even try it!

i am a tan queen i don't leave home without it and i have tried all kids inc st tropes which i think you need to be a pro to put on, and dreams which made my sheets orange the best one is body shop moose for the body and the cream for the face together about £20 and last, the darker you want the more you add.
didn't leave streaks for first time users as you can get a MIT nice glow brown like a real tan rather than a dark brown

Nivea make a moisturiser that contains tanning ingredients. As you put it on everyday, it slowly builds up a tan. Good idea if you dont want to go from white to tanned in one day,

you should go in a tanning bed the creams can get orange.

you can also go to a tanning booth and they have the spray on ones that lookj great. if you do that it will avoid runs and streaks and the too much factor.

if you do go with a lotion though be sure to apply a regular lotion on all dry spots first, lettting it soak in and then follow all directions on the bottle!
