Everyone has their own interests and talents. A parent has a duty to provide GUIDANCE for their children. They cannot, however, make some choices for them. A career choice is an important decision that requires a great deal of thought and research but the choice is ultimately up to the person who must live it. You should not interfere as this could send your ward into a career where he is unhappy and unfulfilled. Remember Guidance - not interference.

Well its not correct tht parents interfere in their wards career option.They can show him the right career option,but cant enforce upon the ward.If they do so,ward's creative abilitybegins fallin & child can not come up wid good & positive results.So,i favour that parent should not interfere in their child's career option

Its not the question of "SHOULD".Its their duty to guide their ward...but they should never ever force their ward to choose the career they want.The ward should realise what he needs to do and should do that.The ward can take their reference and do the needy.But the ward should never ever let his/her parents down becoz they are the one becoz of which he/she is in this very world!!!!!!!!
