From Start Menu Choose Run
Write "RegEdit" Then Click "OK"
Choose "HKEY_CURRENT_USER"
Choose "Software"
Choose "Microsoft"
Choose "Windows"
Choose "CurrentVersion"
Choose "Explorer"
Right-click on "Explorer" and choose New ---> DWord Value then write "ThumbnailSize"
In the right part of the window Double-click on ThumbnailSize
choose "Decimal" from Base then write "256" in the "Value Data"
then press OK
