I would have to say, A beautiful Mind. I have a daughter who has a mental disorder much like the guy in the movie. While her specialists were trying to explain to me what was going on in her head, I could not get a full understanding of her situation. The suggested that I watch that movie and Girl Interrupted. After watching them, I have a better understanding of her although she is still hard to deal with. But that is just my point of view and I am partial to those two movies because they brought so much understanding to me.

How do you choose just one? But I would have to say "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest". Utter genius and anyone who does not have tears in their eyes any no point in the movie has not seen it and if they have are lieing through their back teeth. Nuff Said
