when i go to a site on the internet it routes me to another one that i did not want to go too.

so many possibilities, simple solutions...run anti spy program, check your security settings, look for hijackers with your antivirus and adware scans, and don't click on links you don't know, either type the address directly or right click the link and select to copy the shortcut and paste it into your browser so you can see if its truly the site it says it is.....and finally, it is a good idea to use Firefox or Netscape as your primary browser as they have add-ons as well as built-in security settings to not reroute pages.
