I think Jewel was great!! as hard as it must have been not to laugh she composed herself well,,, as Paula , I am so sick of her while the rumors are flying on her behavior,, stoned. drunk, meds for her diabetics,,, which ever it is she made a total as* of herself. she needs to get out there and make a album,,, its been how many years???then lets put her on stage in her ''stoned"" state and let all of us judge her, Randy is getting a little cocky himself... sad to say Simon is my favorite

I thought that Paula was not herself at all. She seemed dazed and couldn't sit still. Her head was also hung quite low, like she about to fall asleep. Her eyes weren't as sparkly as usual. What was up with that?
As for Jewel, she was a very honest and fair judge. Although I did find her a biit outspoken for a guest judge. I guess I'm just used to guest judges that were always too kind. She was sometimes harsh.
For some reason, I think that they asked Jewel to be there to act as a buffer for Paula. They had to get someone who would take the attention away from the unusual ways of Paula. Maybe they plan to et Jewel to replace Paula in the long run...

Paula Who?
I don't think it was fair to the contestants to walk in and find Jewel there. No wonder all the men stunk. Only the Sailor sounded worth a darn.
Who knows what will happen tonight?

Paula seems the same as usual. Jewel was an "interesting" choice to have on the panel - not the best choice, however.
