I can't claim these will keep you 100% dry, but I just wanted to give you some info in case you are interested.
this product claims to stop sweating for 7 days at a time and for $8+ shipping you get a 2 month supply.

I have never used it though so cannot comment on it.
Drionic is a machine that you have to give yourself 30 minute to 1 hour (however much you can handle)"treatments" each day but once you have done a total of 7-9 hours the sweating should stop. For some people they have to use if for 10 hours or a few more but for most its 7-9 hours. there is a weaker setting that will take twice as long to work depending on how sensitive you are.
then if you do a 1 hour session once a week or two
30 minute sessions each week you can keep the sweating from coming back.
the only thing is is it stings quite a bit especially at first because you are basically electrocuting the area at a very low voltage of course, but enough to cause a sting... after a few uses you get use to it though.
you can read more about it here:

I don't know that there's anything you can do to acchieve 100% dryness..
Anti-perspirants help, without question. Also, shirts that allow your armpits to "breathe" will prevent some sweat.
I believe theres a procedure that can cure you of excessive sweating in a particular region of your body by making you sweat a little more elsewhere on your body. Im pretty sure it's done with needles somehow, I dunno, I heard Adam Corolla talking about it on "Lovelines" once... He had the procedure done to prevent excess sweating on his head (which has been a problem for him for a number of years).

I have hyperhydrosis which is excess sweating just one of the horrible symptoms of a thyroid problem. GP prescribed a roll on ayrte forte? unsure of spelling as don't need it anymore but it worked wonders and it cloggs all the pores and can be used on hands and feet as well. good luck

You dont need 100% dry armpits. But a combination of botox injections anti perspirant and surgery would eliminate it.

Arrid Extra Extra Dry XX works great! You can find this at most stores for around $3-4. Try it...you never know, it might work for you.

nothing worked on me, no supermarket anti perspirant, not even 48hr stuff,
one word:
DRICLOR.
£6 here in the u.k, (12 us dollars!) contains aluminum, put it on before bed, wash off in moring, put normal anti perspirant on.
i can wear any clothes i want without having stupid huge sweat patches, yay!
