Whenever you have unprotected sex, you could become pregnant whether he ejaculates inside you or not. The easiest thing to do is take a pregnancy test and then you'll know whether you're pregnant or not.

Even if you have wanted a baby, finding out that you are pregnant may come as a surprise. If you became pregnant without planning to do so, the news may not be welcome.
Mixed feelings in early pregnancy are normal. You may feel thrilled at the thought of being a mother. You may feel sad that you will have less time with your partner, or angry or frightened, if you didn't want to be pregnant. Early pregnancy can also be an anxious time if you lost a previous pregnancy in a miscarriage.
Along with mixed emotions, you may feel effects of hormonal changes in early pregnancy. Many women experience nausea and vomiting, breast tenderness, and an overwhelming feeling of fatigue. The need to urinate frequently is common. These physical changes, in combination with the emotional changes, make early pregnancy a time of many adjustments.
If you were not planning a pregnancy, there are personal issues you must confront in these early weeks of pregnancy. Will you continue the pregnancy, or not? Will you choose to keep and raise the child? Is adoption the best choice for you at this time? A counselor, healthcare provider, or trusted member of the clergy can help you explore your options. If you choose, you may invite your partner or a family member to participate in these discussions. Remember though, the decision is yours to make.
Once you have missed a menstrual period, or have other signs of pregnancy, get a pregnancy test. You can do a home test, or see your healthcare provider. If your test is positive, make an appointment to start prenatal care. If your test is negative, but you feel you could be pregnant, see your health care provider.
Miscarriage is a concern in early pregnancy, since that is the time most miscarriages happen. If you have had a miscarriage before, talk with your healthcare provider when you think you might be pregnant. Signs of miscarriage can be cramping or bleeding. Contact your healthcare provider if you experience them.
Early pregnancy is a time of change. Talk with your health care provider if you have questions about your physical or emotional health. Remember to take care of yourself.

It is possible because there is semen in precum and the signs you might wanna look for are:
Missed Period
Sickness any time of the day
Light period cramps with no period
Moody
Hungry more often

Positive pregnancy test.
I would suggest taking a pregnancy test and if it is positive call a doctor and start getting prenatal care and vitamins to take the best care of you baby. Good luck!!

Why not go and have a pregnancy test done and while you are at it get tested for std's. Having unprotected sex is not a smart thing to do.

Well even though he didn't C*M inside you their is a strong probability of sperm release inside, when a male's reproductive organ enter a females reproductive organ it releases a so called lubricative fluid and sometimes sperm goes with it as well. So I think you should see a doctor for you to be sure on what is happening.

You might be, but I would doubt it. Do yourself a favor and take a home pregnancy test, or, better yet, go to a clinic to get tested. You need to know for sure.
