Ummm alright, the things that I do when I start to feel down...

I drive around with a cup of coffee and I smoke until I reach some type of conclusion or real evaluation of why I'm even upset.
I smoke.
I listen to music.
I hang out with people that bring out the best in me.
Good conversations tend to get me out of whatever funk I may be in.
Sleeping is always good, as is showering.

I used to write and that used to help a lot. I always think of getting back into writing and I really thought I was going to a few days ago but that didn't work out. I'm not really inspired anymore or maybe it's just that I don't know how to put the words on paper.

Okay enough babbling, I guess the biggest thing that I do is just go to a comfortable place. I can think better and thus, I can ask myself and answer honestly to the question:

"Should I be upset?"

I do something nice for myself. Talk to someone who will make me laugh. Sometimes I go with the flow and just let myself feel down for a bit. Nothing wrong with being a little down now and then.

Play my favorite music really loud and sing along;dance;call my best friend... you better plan on dancing since you may not know the words to my fave songs and Marianne wouldnt appreciate me handing her number out to strange men from the internet!! Hope you cheer up! :)

Well it depends.. sometimes I'd listen to music and other times I'd sleep.. though wish it was that easy to just "snap out of it"..
