I'll be celebrating Republic Day. Because I am an Indian.

I am having a combined Australia Day/Triple J Hottest 100 party. Putting up a small swimming pool and lots of shade. Stocking up the fridge and esky and lighting the BBQ.
I have told friends that I will be celebrating from 10am onwards and they can join me at anytime. I can't wait!!

even as my mom and father were alive I used to do 2 issues on the twenty sixth january. celebrate with my Mum and comiserate with my dad. I actually have a mixed historic past of Irish Catholic(Mums part) and pa(he's Koori). they are literally not with me and now I generally take my son on a Invasion day march and seem on the fireworks at evening. My mom and father taught me both fringe of the historic past of Australia and that i'm greatful for that.
