Does spending time on it affect your life in a negative way? i.e. make you late, not get enough sleep, be anti-social, or anything else?

Not yet, but that was before Answers. We are heading toward a hard winter though and I hope Answers keeps my mind busy because it's a positive thing and there are no mind-numbing commercials!! Do you have a problem with it, or is someone else leaving you alone while they compute? THEN throw the DAMN thing OUT (or threaten to) or put a lock on it (or threaten to) because we ALL know PC's are addictive. They are good though in some ways because something like Answers (which is so safe and still cool) can keep us out of trouble and keep our minds sharp!! This is still human-interaction. But if you are a real human standing BEHIND the PC addicted person, some major changes have to be made. Try finding something you can do together and try other hobbies. It's hard to replace the computer though, so be tough (or threaten to)!!! I'm betting on YOU!! Good Luck!!! @8=)

I spend a lot of time on my computer. You could say that I'm addicted, but it hasn't affected me in any way yet.
