The King/Queen is there as long as they want to stay on the throne.

Only death or abdication can change that.

Our queen isnt a retard like Bush. Shes welleducated and one of the most respected people on earth. There is no need to overthrow her or the monachy on the whole. Its a plan B incase the government goes insane or we get a GW Bush in charge of us.

She also hold alot of power which in effect still makes her the most powerful person in Britain. She chooses not to use it and any decisions she does make are often through her advisors.

She can dissolve parliment at any time and take power in a national crisis like a civil war. She also has the power to veto any law she deems unfair or unjust.

Martin Van Buren. I would think as a President of the United States he would want English to be the official language of the country. Multi culturism and multiple languages eventually destroy a country.
