He would probably love to make a new law that allow him to be next president.

According to him the constitution is just a piece of paper after all...

I'm Not a Bush-Hater, but the man is dumb. If you think he's a natural born leader. Your crazy. Jeb is smarter and a better leader. GWB never been a A student then he got into YALE.

Democratics should put up a real candiate, and I would have voted against him. All Kerry did was preach against the **** that we all don't agree with BUSH for.

If Hillary goes for President then Condeleza Rice needs to be replaced, because with the rest of the world is going to flip their lid with 2 women with that much power. AMerica is fine; I'm talking about foreign relations.

The President is THE World Power!!

Without stating my political views, I will just say at this point, it would be next to impossible. In order for it to happen, BOTH Houses of Congress would have to write AND approve such an amendment to the Constitution. It would then have to be ratified, or approved, by 3/4 of the individual state legislatures. ALL OF THIS would have to be done PRIOR to the deadline for filing as a candidate for President, which is sometime EARLY next year.

George W. Bush cannot run for a third term but his brother John Ellis "Jeb" Bush could run in 2008 if he wanted to.

Leave it to boy george and his pals in the Supreme Court and nothing is impossible. America does need a moron for a president and he has done so very well in that department over the past 6 years.

Two things;
He can't run for a third term - he just can't
Secondly, I am positive that among millions of peace loving Americans there is a better replacement for a 'war monger'!

Are you serious? What in the world makes you think he'd get elected after all the damage he has done? Even republicans have turned on him.
