Its not supposed to be the only way to a successful relationship. Its love and commitment, love, care, understanding will help build a successful relationship, lovemaking will just spice it up. You cant get the full satisfaction of lovemaking when there is no love and trust. Love should be the anchor and partners should be trustworthy to each other, each one must commit himself or herself to a partner and know what you really want to achieve. People should not take lovemaking as a priority in a relationship, there is more to it than sex all the time.

Lovemaking is not even close to being the only way to make a relationship successful. If you honestly believe that then I feel sorry for whoever you get together with, it'll get real boring real fast. You're saying you can't think of 10 even 20 maybe 50 different amazing original ways to gage a relationship to make it successful, healthy and happy aside from lovemaking? That's sad.

There is a time and place to "make love" to the person you love. If you truly love them, then you will and can build a relationship upon other things. Mainly building a trusting, committed relationship full of respect and tolerance. That is how you make a relationship successfull. Sex is the cherry on that cake!
If your relationship is not successful even WITH lovemaking then you probably forget to get the trust, commitment, respect and tolerance part in it. You cannot build a relationship around sex. It will fail sooner or later.

Love making is not the only way to make relation successful. It is the reflection of trust and commitment that you have for each other, espicially for girls.
There are many couples who have never got into this. But they love each other like anything. And there are many examples of broken relationships soon after they had sex.
You are little right on your question though. But sex is not the way to make relation stronger. Sex is the way to get intimate with your partner. It shows that how much you trust him or her.
Sex is only a reflection of trust, not a base.

You answered your own question. Without trust and commitment why would you want to make love in trying to make a relationship successful? Trust and commitment go much farther in building good relationships instead of sex. Remember you have the right to say "no". It's your body, not his.

In my opinion relationship without luv.making is equal to something like when u want to say 100 % but u achieved something 5 % less .,how can u say 95% is equal to 100%.,u should try and live with LM and of course with trust and love and especially it should be from the depth/bottom of ur heart.,all the best.

i dont know where your getting your information but if that is all you expect then just find a friend with benifits
ppl have had long loving relationships without sex
when woman have a baby they can't have sex
when you get to a certain age its harder for a man to get it up yet there are couples out there who are in their 60 70 80's and still are in a loving caring relationship
