okay it's like this, I have not hardly got nipples I have peanuts where nipples should be and I would love to have larger nipples, not great big huge monsters, alough that could be kinky, but just larger nipples, without having a baby and breast feeding, any ideas?

Even if you did have a baby, your nipples would probably go back to the normal size not long after the baby was born or when you stop breast feeding. Surgery is extreme! You probably have heard of many women that get breast surgery and it ends up getting botched up or they die. It's not worth the money or risk to go through that. Be happy with what God gave you. If a man only wants to be with you because of breast size, that doesn't say much about the man you want to be with.

But why ? My friends and I like small nipples - and I am a middle aged man. You should not try any silly suggestion from any individual and damage your body. You are lucky to have them small, because many men like it that way.
