go to http://www.mininova.org/tor/155998 and on the page it has a link to download utorrent (http://www.utorrent.com/download.php)
download utorrent which is a torrent download client, then go back to the mininova page, and click on 'download torrent'.
there are currently 105 'seeders' - people with the full movie to share and 86 fellow downloaders, it shouldn't take too long to download depending on connection.
Once you have utorrent you can search mininova or other torrent sites and download anything! just search in google for '(name of song/movie) torrent' and choose a result with plenty of seeds
It's all free and so of course not completely legal but it's your choice. Loads of people do it...
