What do you mean sponsor yourself? Pay for it yourself? Of course. THat's how most programs work.

You're going to discover it's difficult to find ANY nursing program that offers a correspondence program. I highly doubt any exists in America. That's because nursing is one of those careers that needs a foundation in clinical practice. Hands on learning. You can't do that online. No reputable nursing program is going to have a clinical program online, especially one with the prestige of Yale.

Would you want a doctor who got his degree online? Even a nurse. I'd feel very nervous getting poked by a needle from a nurse who's never practiced on a live person and only learned how to do things off of a computer screen or book.
