ok. the bright star towards the middle is right in the nostril of the guy / these arent clouds, it is in deep space / a distant galaxy. the womans nose is at a 1 o clock position relative to the guys nose. just look with an open mind

OK, I see it. But you know, the blue areas are the empty space and the stars behind, and the black areas are the dusty interstellar cloud in the foreground.
