With any fish it is always better that you under feed them than over feed them. i used to have a large tank with a dozen fish in... i would just give them a small pinch in the morn and another at night. if your are that worried though you could just get a feeding block that lasts for a week or so, i don't think that they are expensive and your fish will just eat when they need to
hope this helps

Read the label on the fish food bottle. Most places recommend two to three times a day feeding no more than the fish will consume in a short time to prevent the food decaying in the bottom and causing bad water levels.

Fish like most pets prefer to be fed tiny amounts regularly rather than one big meal, I would give them a very very small pinch of food 3 or 4 times a day!

you feed them what can be gone within 5 minutes if your giving them 2 big meals. or if your doing 4-5 small meals you feed them what they can eat in 30 seconds

A couple times a day. Early in the AM, and before you go to bed should suffice.
