as of the moment AIDS is still on the category of incurable disease...although there are some preventive way to lessen the possibility of acquiring it...there is nowhere in the Philippinesor in anywhere around the world to inquire about its cure...you may visit some government or private clinics in the Philippines formore info of the disease....hope this helps....
