I've just received a violation notice today for my other profile, in which I was very clean, no skits all through five levels and about 7,000 points.
The question was why no one paid attention to his blogs/stopped by and read his stuff, or even left a comment even though the visit number was +1,000.

My answer was:
" I'm afraid that not enough people are interested in the things you are interested in. They'd rather pass over your page rather than stop and read it. On your quick comment thing. Perhaps you'd get a comment more if you pen it up so that the public can drop a message. Go to My Page, and scroll down to the quick comments to change it. "

I also added the link to a 360 friend who may have the same interests as he does.

Hi Georgie S. Please don't be annoyed if you are reported. It happens all the time because there are small minded people on this forum who have nothing better to do in their entire lives than to report people. Just wear your violations as a badge of honor. Yahoo! never seems to have the time or staff to address this issue in reality. So most of the people on this forum continue to enjoy this forum and just consider the violation process as part of the forum. Nothing is really perfect in life and neither is Yahoo! Answers. This is a very good venue for folks to enjoy so don't let violations phase you. After you've had a few more violations you won't even give it a second thought.

Hmm, must have been some loser who didn't like your answer! I don't know if there is a way to get a violation reversed, but good luck and keep up the good work! :-)

no, billy has not, he has made a very clear case a few times as you have and is convinced YAHOO does not reverse violations

I have not. I have been suspended every time I have tried. However, my dearly betrothed avatar, Captain Jack Sparrow has, and my pal and fellow user, my attorney, has, so go for it.

Your answer was very nice and you did not deserve to be violated.

Never. Never heard of one being reversed either.
