Okay!
First of all, it is only planned.
A company will only announce their new product only when they are planned and made, at least a prototype.
Ea [if it is true] just announced that they have plans to make gaming consolenot that they are going to release it.
Hence the sell competition between ps3,wii,360 and Super Ultimate is quite pointless.
Let them first plan the product first and then we will see what happens next!

It's obviously a hoax.
Don't feel bad falling for it, though. A ton of people, including several magazine editors, fell for EGM's Street Fighter 2 / Sheng Long April Fools gag, years ago.
