this is a gta san andreas multiplayer question?

in the multiplayer how can we get in the same car with someone else and is there a server where we can cheat

we can always get in the same car. juast press the enter vehicle button on Player 1 then player 2 when Player1 gets in. not so sure about the server thing though.
