In junior high I used to have this problem when I ran in gym class. I could not con troll my bowels and crapped everyday during running. NO JOKE! Eventually, it stopped on its own but I always had to bring extra clothes and under ware. It was very embarrassing!

I was playing the part of Jesus in an Easter play. I was dying on the cross, and the cloth that was wrapped around my hips fell off...to expose my man thong.
I was on the cross for like 10 minutes after that before the scene ended.
