Of course not, this is 100% normal when pregnant, I should know I am in the same boat, I can eat something and then 1 hour or less later have my tummy rumbling. women are meant to take in more food when pregnant, is is officically only mean to be about 300 calories, which i have been told is about a mars bar, but this is stuck to. if you are hungry eat, its that simple. People panic about the weight gain and eventual loss needed, but most if the first weight gain is fluid and not fat. The medical profession have worked out a scale that most women follow.

1st Trimester - 1 pound per month
2nd Trimester - 1 pound per week
3rd Trimester - 1 pound per week

So try not to worry

Congratulations

Um, you're supposed to put on weight when you're pregnant!! It's perfectly normal to be hungry, eat while you can, because later on you may find it hard to eat much as the baby takes up so much room. Look at pregnancy sites for normal weight gain ranges for your period of pregnancy.
