I don't know about prostate cancer specifically but I know that cancer can't live in an alkaline ph body. There are many ways to alkalize your body. You can get water alkalizer, eat only organic and many many cruiciferous vegitables. Cancer is cureable the natural way. Also, and this is very 'out of the box', you could buy a Zapper, invented by Hulda Clark. Make sure you do a liver and kidney cleanse, and look into heavy metal chelation. Find a naturopathic practitioner that uses a biomeridian assessment machine for the fastest natural recovery.

See a doctor and get your problem fixed. Herbal remedies are placebos at best. At worst they have unpredictable side effects. The better herbal cures work by suppressing testosterone, for example. In addition, the amount you would need to take to see an actual effect is staggering...for example, if you choose lycopene, you would need a diet that consists of between 10-20% tomatoes and brocolli. Since you're dealing with natural products, you have the problem of uncertain dosing in addition to everything else. By the time you're done, you will have spent far more money and be less healthy than if you just go to the doctor and get real medicine.

Saw palmetto extract and nettle root extract. Both help to keep DHT levels in check, among other effects (see links for the science). Also, based on the fact that they lower DHT levels they may help to halt male-pattern balding. Saw palmetto apparently helps with muscle growth too. There is also beta sitosterol. Seeds and legumes are rich in this. Or you could take pygeum africanum bark extract which is a rich source of beta sitosterol and used for prostate health on that basis.

Lycopene!

It a compound found in tomatoes. Probably one of the only nutrients that is found at higher levels in the cooked food. So help yourself to a generous serving of tomato sauce on your next bowl of pasta and know that you are helping your prostate.

Lycopene is available in supplement form. I generally recommend: AquaCell Lycopene By Biocare to my patients.

Oriental self-help method.
Tighten the anus as though trying to draw air in through it. Just tighten and release. Do this several times. Don't overdo it, but aim to get up to at least a hundred times, spread through the day.
A well known and effective method from Chi Gong and Yoga.

EDIT PLEASE READ
You have checked with your doctor that there's nothing nasty down there haven't you? If not, do please get a PSA test.
