I found Brazilian guys in London to be great fun, friendly, open and as mentioned know how to party.
While I have one or two good female Brazilian friends, I found many of them cold, and a bit full of themselves/boring, unless they were talking to other Brazilians. I prefer Portuguese girls, they seem friendlier and less obsessed with themselves.
