Yeah! I loved it as a kid and i watched it again a few days ago for the first time in nearly 20yrs. I love it. Just for info sake, it is about a russian mouse family who are immigrating to america in the hope of escaping the maniacal cats. the ship they are travelling it runs into a storm and Fievel is washed overboard. he lands up in New York, the same place the ship was going to. he then sets out to find his family.
Great story and great soundtrack
Somewhere Out There by Linda Rondstadt and James Ingram. Killer tune

The song is sung by Fievel and his sister (who believes he is still alive whilei his family dont) and not by 2 lovers.

Is that the cartoon with the two little immigrant mice that fall in love on a boat to New York? If so then 'Yes' I have seen it and it was dead cute too. If not then 'No' I haven't seen it was it any good?
Didn't that sickly song "A Whole New World" come from that one? The one that Jordan 'sung' with Peter Andre at their wedding? Or am I totally confused as usual?

yes i have seen 'An American Tail'; but i prefer 'An American Tail: Fievel Goes West' because it was funnier than the original.

I have not seen that in years! It was so sad throughout the entire movie until the end. Wow. I miss Fival!

Yeah, I actually still have it on VCR! MY nephew loves to watch it, and I used to love it! Feivel's voice is so cute and his father is a laugh! ;-)
