IF you went with cold turkey, that's ok, just avoid the cold mashed potatoes and gravy! YUCK!

Cold turkey off of drugs? Cold turkey off of sex? COld turkey means you stopped doing something addictive. Like if you smoked and just stoped one day instead of easing your dosage day by day
