Why is she feeling tis way. Did u say or do anything that mite lead her to think that u're leaving her. If u still want to remain her fren, then assure her that u'll always be around. Talk to her, go out as often as you can but most importantly don't stop being her "freind".

Make ur friend feel important than others. Tell her that u trust her.
And moreover her bad habits, if any, are forgivable by u. Or ask her about the thing which make her feel so, and try to resolve that.
