It is a kit to clean inside your behind. People use them for cleaning out their colon, etc., but you can gain the same advantage much more comfortably by consuming ruffage and water for two days (just fresh fruits and veggies).

You will get all kinds of answers on this site. Some may be right and some may be wrong. You're 33 weeks along and you somehow willing to trust a stranger on the web over the advice of your doctor? Please do yourself a favor and call your OB/Gyn for medical advice. IMO the advice with the least chance of doing harm is to take a stool softener. Milk of Magnesia works by drawing moisture from your body into the colon. Suppositories whether glycerin or bisacodyl are stimulant laxatives that work by inducing peristaltic action (contractions) in the colon. So they are going to do the exact thing the other person said the enema would do. A smaller volume warm water enema may work as it will be serving to add moisture to the stool and help things move alone. All that aside, you need to ask a doctor since we are taking about the effect of your actions on the baby.
