i have really bad cramps and i feel like throwing up i never get cramps on my period and my period isnt for another 2 weeks.

If your period isn't for another two weeks, you aren't far enough a long in the pregnancy to have any symptoms at all. It is more than likely something else. Possibly your mind playing tricks on you.

My very first symptoms were menstrual like cramps around the time my period was due. But that period just never came and shortly after i felt nausious but with no vomiting.

There are no symptoms to speak of until you're at least 4 weeks pregnant-- anything beyond slight cramping or spotting before then is a phantom symptom.

Every woman is different. If there is a chance, go to the doctor and have them check your HCG level's. Or buy a HPT, although, it sounds too early to take one. The symptoms may or may not be signs...it could also be sickness, food poisioning, or a reaction to something you ate.
