the typical job interview consists of stereotypical questions such as "where do you see yourself in 5 years"? "why do you want to work here"? "why do you think you will be an assett to this company"? etc.

what other questions can you think of that are normally asked in a job interview? and what are the best answers for them?

understand that the best answer might not be the truth.

so how can i go into my next job interview confident that i will score big with the big gun.

what are some good things to say that will impress? that will insure a position?

Always make them think that the job you are applying for is where you want to be 5 years from now. It will feel corny but it's what they want to hear. You say it like "In 5 years, I like to see myself as a mentor to others just beginning in the company." I don't care if your applying at McDonald's. Always tell them you're ready for a career at their company.
