What I am going to answer is not the 8th wonder but the 1st one and perhaps you may even agree upon it.
The answer is HUMAN
It is still a mystery.
Man has been able to create evrything parallel to what is already in the natureexcept....(given in the last line)
A few examples are-
MADE BY MAN PRESENT IN NATURE
bulbs and lights Sun and organism-ctenoplana
electricity Lightning
But it should be noted that the man has failed to make a self thinking , self replicating and self sufficient robot parallel to a human
