I think JK is trying to throw people off. i think that Harry Lives. There is no way she would let him die. Why bring up all that thing with Ginny if she was just going to kill him off.

Also i don't think harry will the 7th part of voldy, it will sound Crazy but i think Snape will Kill the Voldermort himself but Harry will destroy the Horcruxes. He'll find out where they are from Snape.

Why do I say this? Because i don't think JK will let Harry Kill.
And i almost know for a fact that Snape is good. It is too simple for him to be bad. When has Jk ever had simple story lines.

I don't think so. While JKR has hinted of the possibility, I still think she won't do it. And there have been rumors too that the last line of the book will be 'Your scar, it's gone'. Now of course JKR may change her opinion during writing, but it seems that at least originally she intended for him to survive. If she lets him die it'll likely be mostly to avoid pressure of writing 'Harry in college' & 'Harry as an adult' books.

No because Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be published in two sets, HP 7 and HP 8. So, if he dies, it will only happen in HP 8.

Hope I helped you!!

If Ms. Rowling wants to prevent anyone else from continuing her story, I guess he could.

I wouldn't mind it, as long as his death was meaningful. Because, if there ever was a way for a hero to die, it'd be through the most heroic way to die, to lay down his life for others. =^)

Or else...he could just grow up to be an aurorer and walk off into the sunset...

Only JK Rowling knows for sure at this point. I guess you'll find out for sure about the same time the rest of us do. I think he might.
